3. Consumer Reporting Status

Statesville Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. §1681 et seq. 7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators from claims, demands, and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from your misuse of the reference or violation of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The original text, layout, logo, and design are protected by copyright. Brief attributed quotations and links are permitted. Republishing full pages or systematically copying the content is not permitted.

10. Restricting Access

Access may be restricted or blocked for a user who violates these terms or abuses the service. Notice is not required.

11. North Carolina Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Public-record access questions are governed by the North Carolina Public Records Act, N.C.G.S.
